Exercise Essentials is a 10 session class designed to help familiarize you with a gym and teach you the basics of working out. We’ll cover cardio, flexibility, nutrition, and strength training. We limit the enrollment in each class to 5 people to ensure you get quality attention. You can also bundle the class with a year long membership to get you started on your fitness journey.
